PowerMotion 208V

PowerMotion dedicated electrical distribution products for CyberHoist, to be used in countries with an electrical mains supply of 200V, three-phase.

PowerMotion D6C

The D6C is a power distributor for 6 CyberHoist motors, which provide 3-phase unmodulated power on separate breakers for each CyberHoist via a Harting multiconnector. This multiconnector has individual circuits for four CyberHoists.

PowerMotion UPD3

The UPD6 supplies electrical power to up to 3 D6C power distributors form a single PowerLok input

PowerMotion BO4

The BO4 Break Out Box will be used between any Powermotion Distro and CyberHoist. It effectively splits the incoming multicore from the Distro into 4 separate outputs for CyberHoist.

PowerMotion ESC8

When multiple D6C power distributors are in use, an PowerMotion ESC8 Emergency Stop Combiner must be used to connect the power distributors to one E-Stop button circuit. The ESC8 is designed according to Class 4 Emergency Stop Systems.

ES/ESR Emergency Stop Button

These Buttons can be linked together, to disable any movement in a dangerous situation.

System Components

The D6C power distributor is equipped with a Class 4 Emergency Stop System, triggered by the ES/ESR E-Stop switches. A typical E-Stop button circuit consists of one Emergency Stop button with Reset (ESR) and multiple Emergency Stop buttons (ES). On the distributor itself, one Emergency Stop button is mounted on the face panel.

When multiple D6C power distributors are in use, an ESC8 Emergency Stop Combiner must be used to connect the power distributors to one E-Stop button circuit. The ESC8 is also designed as a Class 4 Emergency Stop System.

All PowerMotion products are supplied in 19" rackmount housings.
